What an absolutely amazing experience at this salon! From the moment I booked my appointment until the time I left, I truly felt like a queen. Every single lady in the salon was so kind, welcoming, and professional they make you feel at home the second you walk in. A special thank you to Eli, who worked her magic on me! My blow dry and hair treatment were nothing short of heavenly. I walked out feeling refreshed, confident, and so pampered. What makes this salon even more special: 🐾It’s dog-friendly (how amazing is that?). They offer a private area for ladies who prefer a more private haircut or blow dry experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, elegant, and so well thought out. If you’re looking for more than just a salon visit ,if you want an experience that leaves you glowing inside and out this is the place. Don’t hesitate, just come. You absolutely won’t regret it

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 My mum, my mother-in-law and I were in London for my son’s wedding and staying near Westfield. I hadn’t pre-booked anywhere for hair and makeup as I’ve always managed to find something nearby in the past. Unfortunately, the first well-known brand we tried was very unhelpful and quite rude, which only added to what had already been a very stressful day. Then we came across this salon, and I can only describe the team here as extraordinary. From the moment we walked in, they were warm, kind and genuinely caring. Their hospitality was 10 out of 10, the atmosphere 10 out of 10, the service 10 out of 10 and the friendliness 10 out of 10. They turned a stressful day before the wedding into a calm, relaxed experience so that we could truly enjoy my son’s big day. My hair and makeup were done by Ellie, who was absolutely fantastic. She also did my mum’s makeup, and we were both so impressed. The makeup looked perfect on us – elegant, flattering and lasted beautifully throughout the celebrations. We felt completely confident and special. We were so happy that, as we were attending wedding events over two days, I booked again with them for the next day. That’s how much trust they inspired in such a short time. Shout out to Nico and Shima and of course the entire Team! This team truly deserves to be nominated for an award. Thank you for looking after us so wonderfully and helping make my son’s wedding even more memorable.
